Womb Hara Massage

“The womb is the energetic centre of creative life force and feminine energy in the body, where we can birth all of our magical potentials from; whether that is birthing children, projects or ideas, and all that we wish to create in the world.

The organs that reside within the abdominal region provide us with the breath of life that regulates the energy and blood of the whole body. The Hara, like the womb, is also a spirit gateway and relates to the energy centres of our solar plexus and sacral chakra.

Womb Hara Massage will work to repair, bring balance, restoration to these centres and awaken our creative birthing potential and life force energy.”

Womb Hara Massage is a healing, nourishing and nurturing treatment that honours the sacredness of your body and its powerful centres of the Womb and the Hara.

It is a fusion of modalities ranging from Chi Nei Tsang, Abdominal Massage, Fertility Massage, Womb Awakening and Emotional Anatomy, created by Natalie Zukerman of The Institute of Feminine Arts (IFA).

Womb Hara Massage increases the flow of chi, prana or vital life force energy to the womb, abdominal, sacral and through the body. It helps to release traumas that may be held in the body or the womb, while clearing blockages and stagnant energy held within the tissues of the body that restores balance to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system

Carmela offers Integrative Womb Hara Massage as a 2 hour treatment including consultation with an intentional opening and closing. This women’s health treatment focuses on bringing circulation and healing to the sacrum area, major organs of the body and the uterus/ womb. "Our gut wall houses over 70% of the cells that make up our immune system. Womb Hara Massage can also benefit those experiencing IBS, Crohn’s disease, acid reflux, heartburn, indigestion, shallow breathing and deficiency of our yin energy.  Most people store emotions of fear, depression, anxiety, anger, and worry within the abdominal region.  Feelings of stress, overwhelm, overwork, poor food choices, difficulty sleeping, drugs, poor posture all amplify these negative emotions causing a lower of functionality to the organs held within the abdominal region.”

“Carmela has the most calm and safe energy. Her womb healing treatments are a true act of nurture. Each treatment felt exactly as it needed to be, some leaving me feeling uplifted and energised whilst other sessions brought on more intensity and powerful shifts. I absolutely loved seeing Carmela and think womb love is such an important and overlooked part of self care and opportunity for releasing and healing all that we hold onto.”
