ayurvedic Garshana
Garshana promotes lymphatic cleansing and is a powerful way to support the removal of what's called ‘ama’ in Sanskrit - toxins and waste products - from the body. It also refreshes the skin and enlivens the mind.
Garshana naturally removes dead skin cells, enabling moisture and minerals to penetrate the skin deeply, leaving it soft, silky and deeply hydrated.
Please note: This is not a stand alone treatment but is to be added to a massage.
